This is the start of my 14th year of education, most recently I served as a middle school assistant principal. Throughout my time in education, I also served as a school counselor at the middle school and high school level, and as a middle school science teacher. I attended Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and Master of Science degree in School Counseling. In 2020, I graduated with a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University in Kingsville.
Vanessa Rodriguez serves the students at Resaca Middle School as the Assistant Principal. During her career in public education that began in 2015, she has served as a Middle School Social Studies teacher. Mrs. Rodriguez received her Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Texas at Brownsville and her Master of Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University.
